| Project Description:
We are working as designers on a project which involves creating a custom design for a gallery web site. We want you to splice the design into an xhtml standard, adapt the fonts using a flash font replacement, and pull data from a database to populate the site. THe trick is that we don't have access to the database itself but are working with a series of working PHP templates that we need you to sift through and use to create the new site's php files. I have attached a zip file of the working site with PHP and a link to the live site. Some elements of our web site design: The home page images display random selection of images from the arist icons The artist page needs to have a dynamic list of artists names and also a set of images on the right hand side once the artist is selected. When a piece of art is selected, the relevant information should show up from the database and clicking on the item again should bring up a larger image in lightbox format. Everything you do should be clean coded, standard compliant, and fully documented. I will send the attached files upon request. Please provide an itemized estiamte so we can decide which pieces we will do and which ones we will outsource. |
