| Project Description:
This is not a design job. I just want the developer to create a Flash template for a basic multiple choice questionnaire. The questionnaire format will go along the lines of: 1) A start screen where you can choose 3 languages, Eng, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. 2) Then you see a page with the first question and 4 multiple choice buttons. Each button contains an image and text. I would like this part to be dynamic so that the text for the Questions and Answers and images can be loaded simply and easily via xml. Also because they are having 20 questions, they may need 20 buttons at the bottom of the screen so that they can go to which ever question they would like at anytime. 3) If they press the wrong answer it leads them onto a screen which says 'sorry you got it wrong please try again.' And a button which tells them to go back to the question page. 4) When they press the correct answer, a new screen shows information about the correct answer. This contains images and a text field which can also be updated using xml. Also a print button is needed so that they can print out a pdf file (this does not need to be created by you) and a button to continue to the next question. There will be a need for the xml to be in 3 different languages.
