Ruby on Rails Web GUI for Java P2P Application =================================== To complete already started project to develop Ruby on Rails Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) for a Java P2P file sharing application. The elements are: (1)Form to submit a search to Java p2p application (done) (2)Page to display search results with link to add item to download queue (partly done) (3)Page to display download queue together with download progress and link to open downloaded file. This is an open source project so you can use open source code. Newly added descriptions: This is a project to code webpages using the Ruby framework ruby on Rails. Currently, the parts that have been coded use AJAX to communicate with the Java Client. The Java Client does all the work all that needs to be done is to code webpages to display the output of the Java client. To get this job you need to show that either you know Ruby on Rails or can learn Ruby on Rails quickly. Ruby on Rails is open source. Please give examples of projects that you have worked on. |
