| Project Description:
We need an an interactive quiz which at the end shows the users their score and the correct answers with explanations. There will be 10 questions (I will provide all the questions and answers). Some are multiple choice, some will be match the answers, some will be 'true or false' and some will require 'text answers - ie someone's name'. When the users have answered the questions they must click a submit button and then see their score. They must also see all of the correct answers with explanations. When the user clicks the submit button an email must be sent to them copying me (I will provide an email address). The text of the email must include their score, their answers and the correct answers with explainations. This test will be distributed on a USB key so no db or web server can be used. Thank you. |
