We want to develop a full feature photograph management application on Windows XP/Vista system. Brief requirements: 1. a image browser with high performance thumbnail display 2. display/set photograph meta data like caption and description, support EXIF information modification is pefered 3. a simple image editor for image enhancement like auto level, remove redeye, ... 4. easy use, intuitive graphics user interface 5. support popular image file format 6. full reusable C/++ or C# source code is required Newly added descriptions: This application should have a GUI and similar function set of Adobe Photoshop Element. Major file format is JPG, TIFF and PNG. In future, new file format can be added. We will modify and customize all aspects of it, so the source code should be well modulized and easy to read. We don't need too much image process filters. We just wanna provide some basic picture fix to end-user. If want to know what is exactly needed, please check picasa or photoshop element feature set. We hope to receive high quality works. The price and time frame are negotiable. So please deliver good demonstration of what you can do.
