ˇˇˇˇI have an order management system that was started by a provider that couldn’t finish the job. It is hosted live on my server and I need it finished so I can use it. It is from viacodigo dot com. I believe which is in Spanish. You can work on it live to make the adjustments and enhancements. I want someone that can complete the job. I need the following: 1. Finishing touched to make it operate (before you accept the job you can check it out) 2. Would like it to automatically create a cost based on product specs. 3. Easy to admin and allow the admin to easily changes prices (based on #3). 4. Allow the admin to issue jobs to employees and have the system email the employees notices that they have a job waiting. 5. Have my order options on one screen and not a java pop-up and easily separate orders from each other. If you want to see it before the bid please let me know. I want someone that can do the whole thing on a budget. 80% is complete already and installed. You are being hired to make smart decisions with this admin and make it easy to track jobs with. I am giving the provider freedom to make smart choices in this job. I like someone that can communicate and talk about the project. I will give the pricing guide as the project gets to that point. SERIOUS providers only. There could be slight changes in the project and I don’t want a hassle about it adjustments. Any serious changes I will compensate you for (there shouldn’t be any since I am giving an opportunity to test it first). I want a flat rate bid for the start to finish of this. I am choosing the best price and best person for this. I am on a strict budget. I try to be as clear as I can but I may have unforeseen issues along the way since I am not a programmer. |
