I need someone to import DMOZ.org data into a SQL database. I’m not looking for the entire DMOZ.org dump, just the 605,036 listings that currently exist for the following category: http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/ The DMOZ.org OPD Dump file and DMOZ.org Structure can be found on the following page. I require that the SQL tables preserve the DMOZ.org structure. http://rdf.dmoz.org/ I not looking to reinvent the wheel, just need someone to use existing tools and resources. Here’s a few resources that I’ve come across. http://www.rainwaterreptileranch.org/steve/sw/odp/ http://phpodpworld.sourceforge.net/ http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpodpworld/ What I expect delivered is a SQL script for creating the tables, and additional SQL script(s) for importing the data into the tables. Big plus if you’re able to the provide the utility or source that performs this task. |
