| Project Description:
We are an IT consulting company based in Cheltenham, England. Currently we would like to have an open source framework with RSS capabilities such as (Feed'n Read) to develop a customised solution for our client upon and other solutions later on. Your company needs to offer professional expert level expertise in RSS, XML, Java SME, JFace, SWT with JNI, MySQL, preferably large scale database optimisation (efficient db cluster retrieval capabilities to deal with tarabytes in volume, with several hundred millions of data entries in string type for phase two), and Java app installations on Windows machines. Preferably, your company can offer expertise in grammar parser such as JavaCC, html analysis experience as well. The client application needs RSS with MSHTML IE6 component event handling capabilities using the typical dll provided by Microsoft. Most of our communications and coordinations are through internet based methods such as skype, messenger, email with necessary phone calls if you are OK with spoken English. Of course if your company has branches based in England, that will be better, but not necessary. Essentially, project completed must be companied with good English technical documentations (all levels, not only function and source code level) so that any English natives can pick the source code easily without any technical misunderstandings. Upon sucessful completion of stage one, and if both parties are happy with the result we have achieved, we will also consider signing long term contracts with you. At this is our first attempt to use China as our software development outsourcing location, we hope this could be a good beginning. In the near future we may be seeking in China for delivering a project budget of more than 1,000,000 Yuan in equivalent Chinese currency with your company. The development time is approximately 6-8 weeks for the first stage, and the project will start in 3-5 weeks after all the preparations are completed, agreed and signed. We care about the delivery deadline and the solution quality. So the company must be backed up with a great quality insurance team for bug free delivery and customer service.
