The claim building system (CBS) is a file folder system that opens as a page folder tab layout 1-10. To get started working your claim you the client of your rep. clicks onto folder #1 and startes entering information after following the instructions and entering the information under folder one you open and work folder #2, folder #2 will prompt you to print and mail Documents , after you get a response from those documents you go to folder #3 and so on to you are finished. .
