| Project Description:
We want to provide a professional services where for consulting projects (management consulting) where clients may post their localized needs (primarily financial advisory services) and we want for each localized financial services providers may service their client for it through bidding and project management module. Also - unlike most freelancing portal - this portal will work differently: this portal will not only provide reverse auction like services (like your portal); but also normal auction for various standardized financial services packages of service providers. We thought - that if we opt for various ready scripts and then, have it modified for both ways auction - then we just need to change the captions from webmasters / clients to service providers and Service seekers - the model may work for us well. Also - perhaps, we may need to ask for modification for multiple service providers with split work roles. and also then - we will need assignment management module (including billing and file sharing). Deliverables will include all unencrypted scripts and basic documentation (and also initial installation support) Newly added descriptions: Ideally - our project will involve the followings: a. freelancer portal scripts - and then modification therein for including more than one service provider for any project; and both ways auction support b. integration of any open source code project management and virtual office (or collaboration) scripts to (a) above. Addendum - Oct 28, 2007 we request bidders to provide sample projects done of the similar types and specify us the costs for both A & B above. |
