Hi, I need you to develop a DLL that can be used by my VB.NET application. My application will call the recognize function of your DLL and pass in the wav filename that need to be recognized from a name list of about 200 to 300 names. If training is required for the speech engine, you can provide a training function in the DLL which my application will call to do training. We need the recognition to be >80%, wav containing the name can be recorded by anyone (speaker independent). Communicate with me for more details. |
