| Project Description:
AUTOCAD Drafting of Architectural Projects: New Residential projects, Renovations and Additions. We would provide the following information: Option A- Scanned Sketches with same basic dimensions with scanned existing building (if additions) or with site information/levels etc if new residential project. Option B ??We would be supply a pdf or Cadd drawings that have been approved by council for final documentation ie (dimensioned floor plans, sections, elevations, door schedule, window schedule, wet area elevations and details as required). These drawings will be issued to Structural engineers for documentation and Structural Engineer will provide us with structural member sizes that will be incorporated with drawings. We will at selected/agreed stages review documentation mark up changes as required and email back the same. As a nature of the business and if we commence the cooperation we would require that this cooperation and jobs remain confidential between our parties. Input files will be as mentioned earlier either hand drawn sketches, pdf?? or cadd files. We are using AutoCAD 2008 so any previous version of autocad is acceptable. Output files are preferred in AutoCAD format but for reviews pdf?? would be adequate. We would supply you with our title blocks/sheet sizes, pen thicknesses and layering system. If you are happy with the comments above we would be ready to send you a small house addition for your review and quote in order for us to judge the time it requires and also your pricing. We would prefer to deal on a project per project basis where you quote on a project per project basis. Our timeframe / deadline is generally not tight as we program our jobs generously. Documentation required would as follows: Dimensioned floor plans, sections, elevations, door schedule, window schedule, wet area elevations and details as required. Details may be: Footings, floor detail, roof wall junction etc?? We can provide you with typical details for your information. We do require a familiarity with Australian standards. We require someone who is available to be online larger part of the working days, preferably MSN, has good command of english and is reliable. |
