| Project Description:
We need a developer or team of developers to build and integrate a seamless ecommerce web site. The web site consists of exactly 26 web pages that need to be completed. (Refer to attached file for page descriptions) All page templates and layouts have been completed in photoshop (.psd files) by our graphic designer in the US and all copy has been written. The flow chart is available upon request. The winning bidder will need to know how to: -Create user forms for new users that compile in a database. new users will then be able to log in to the site with their email address and a password of their choosing. - Create a log-in for returning users to view their sold and listed products as well as total points-to be linked to dollars sold. -Create a simple product posting form with 9 fields that populates web pages automatically by division and date. -Create cart checkout software or know how to integrate free ASP software. -Integrate the ecommerce portion of the site to QuickBooks software. - Create an advertising banner template and form for future site advertisers, which will post upon completion of design and payment automatically. - Integrate Shipping Option page to provide shipping estimates from our corporate partners e-commerce site based on size and weight of objects fields. - Create an anonymous email for sellers to be contacted thru the site without displaying buyers or sellers email addresses. Automatically CC the websites email and scan messages for phone numbers and email addresses. -Be familiar with amazon type checkout procedure. This project has a realtively tight time constraint. The project is to be up for beta testing by January 15th and is to then go through TWO design revision stages. Commentary and suggestions from the developers and programmers are more then welcome, however the overall site design will not be questioned. We welcome recommendations on what type of platform the site should be built in as well as we are not locked down to anyone in particular, with the exception that PHP is sometimes easier with .psd files. Newly added descriptions: Note: The PDF attachment says that flash is required on the home page. This is not correct as we are looking for the image to enlarge, gain transparency and show text when mouse is rolled over the different images. If this can be done in other formats we welcome the result. This project could potentially lead to additional smaller projects in a short period of time and we would like to work with the same chosen programmer through this site. The final selectee will be required to sign a simple disclaimer and non-disclosure agreement about the new site as well. Best Regards. |
