I want to create ONE html/css page from a layered Photoshop file. Look at the attached jpeg image first. This illustrates the page exactly as it will look. (I will send the actual photoshop file with all the layers later.) (We mainly do design, html/css markup, php/mysql development for social networking oriented web sites.
