The project is to develop a Flash-based games website with logo within 3 months. The basic functions are Log in details-user profiles, game play( games will be supplied) , ratings, etc, with integrated forum. Advanced functions will be described in private with selected bidders. The site is oriented toward flash game play, so we need the visual graphics to be exceptionally sleek and stylish, I will need advise on my requirement on developing the platform ..
