I need a website designed and programmed to facilitate a house exchange service. A visitor should be able to register and then post his or her property listing with at least 4 pictures, a detailed description. Others will then be able to browse or search for properties in locations they're interested in. A clickable map of the world and a search field will show the available houses. The visitor will then be able to send an email to the home owner through our site to communicate.
