Project Description Our company is looking for a PHP specialized program company to code an Online Sports Equipment shopping website. Apart from the normal shopping cart features, we need additional functions as below: (1) Customers should be able to: A) Login first and then go for shopping; B) Shopping first without login and fill up personal information on check out page. (2) Sales record can be switched from different result by administrator. For example, move from 'Waiting for Payment' to 'payment received' and then to 'posted'. (3) Customers will be informed by message to tell them when is the date for next service for the item they bought from our website. Before the due date, they can see the remind message in personal account page after login. (4) Administrator should be able to create sale record manually in the website even the customer bought item outside of website (like spare parts which not in shopping cart list). (5) Based on the customer's shopping record, the amount he spent can be converted to the credit points and can be used for next shopping. (6) Customers can check the result of their shopping record and the dispatch progress online. (7) Customers can refer to our FAQ page when any problems raise and download file from online download center page. (8) Online payment will be made by VISA or MASTER via third party GATEWAY. (Programmer must have relevant experience.) (9) There might be different postage for same item and it should be able to edit anytime on administration page. (10) VERISIGN should be installed in the website and coding should be able to handle IP address attack . (11) The database should handle up to 200,000 user records. When searching any customer's record, the result page response time should less than 1 second. (Programmer must have relevant experience in MYSQL Database Optimization.) (12) Website design must be coded for GOOGLE search. (13) Provide Online Chat function. (14) Website must provide backup feature and can setup automatically or manually create backup file and send to certain email address. (15) Website structure must be multiple service share one domain. Program can split access to different server depends on the traffic. And also, we should be able to add extra server at any time. (Programmer must have relevant experience.) (16) Extra functions should be able to add on website in the future. (17) Compatible with FIREFOX & IE explorers(different version). (18) Offer online VIDEO feature, similar to www.youtube.com. ((Programmer must have relevant experience.) Candidate Requirement (1) More than three people's IT team with at least one year PHP + MYSQL coding experience. (2) Allocate one project manager in charge of this project and communicate with us. Develop procedure: We provide the requirement in document - both parties confirm the requirement - programmer provide interface & process design - both parties confirm the design - Coding - Once every function coding finalized, send us to confirm - Keep confirming until project finish Others Requirement Please provide evidence of your relevant experience of point (8) (11) (12) (14) (15) (18) which we mentioned above. After this, we will start release projects as following: (1) Online pick up booking system (2) After sale warranty database system (3) Online order system (4) Stock manager system These four systems, everyone's budget is over US$600. Those websites need to be consolidated with our website. For example, administrator can manager all of them in one page after login. |
