I need to have the experienced drupal developer to build one not very complex web site. This web site is for the weekly publication. It has the following functions: 1. The web site will have up to 5 stories selected from the weekly publication every week. 2. Allow customers to upload their stories and photos. 3. blogs, RSS 4. Archived past issues. For example, it needs to list last three months' publications. It is not complex and Drupal provides all the functions. I need it to be done within 3 weeks.
