the website should run auto. The website purpose is to put together buyers and providers of a service in their local area, and for the providers of the service to buy credits via paypal, after job completion the fee will be deducted from credit balance. In case provider cannot complete job a fascility to request refund is required. Only 3 jobs at once. Website has 3 kinds of users; Admin, Buyers, and Providers. A is manager of website and can select which aspects to allow public display on website, for example allow provider feedback. A has many reports on one tabbed screen to show status of everything, ie dashboard. B is buyers. B must create account to register a B request this is free. but is secure from abuse and robots. P is provider, P must create account and provide registration details as a P , after approval P can see brief details but ( a paypal fee must be made before able to see full details of B requests) The country (UK) is divided into areas, each Provider can see buying requests according to his locality. for example he may see only those within 50 miles. Using a google map and postcodes of UK website objective is to allow the B to register a Request. This is done by predefined phrases ( admin can set these), and free text. The P of that area is notified of that by email / sms, and the R is logged and monitored All the R can be seen on website frontpage latest news by anyone for marketing and to convince of ...but not the free text. and can be set by A approved/ auto / All of the P and B map distribution are displayed on a UK map say as a star * .and can approved / auto/ be set by admin for marketing purposes. The designer is free to use skill, but website must be self running and simple to use. The country uses postcode areas, each Provider selects a poscode eg. W12 8QT ( usually where they live) and then selects a distance they want to accept requests for. eg 20 miles ( default is 20 miles). Emails / text messages to be sent to the service providers with new service requests feedback star ratings/ brief comments from buyers has to displayed after admin approval Front page should be simple and clean like an advert showing problem and easy solution with people, eg, shows old lady grabbing and kissing provider, smiling. friends!
