| Project Description:
Weekly maintenance/development for large ASP project We need a couple of programmers, at least, to provide maintenance on a large ASP application. This would include fixing bugs which may be out there and coding enhancements. This application has very large databases, world wide use, and has Flash components. We are looking for programmer(s) to commit to 10 to 30 hours a week. Individual(s) will meet directly with president of company at least once-a-week, to receive projects for the week and will provide updates as programmer(s) complete work. Ideally would like programmers who are looking for long-term projects. Individual(s) need to have strong communication skills (In English) and very strong listening skills. Individual(s) must be able to work with very little direction and independently. Experience in sales/contact management helpful. Any extra time not invested into fixing bugs and/or new enhancements would be put into converting ASP to .NET application. The entire application needs to be converted. Ideally, first programmer brought on, would oversee other programmers from around the world on projects to protect the time of the president. Individual, may oversee bidding of other large projects and selecting and overseeing other programming resources. Platform: Internet Explorer 6 and 7 Deliverables: We would pay coders at the end of each month for work completed. We may pay a bonus for projects completed and for exceptional work/ideas/effectiveness of code and/or functionality. Any coder selected would continue with monthly projects based on the speed and effectiveness of their coding. Ability to work directly with president and other key team members in listening and producing results will determine the length of time programmer would be contracted. |
