PHP, HTML and JavaScript skilled person gets the job as a web developer. Other skills like project experience, Flash, Chinese or English language are plus but not required. What is required, is to be able to work between 7-15 GMT, broadband Internet connection and Skype/MSN Messenger usage. At the moment main work of new web developer will be coding small advertising campaign web sites by following the given instructions. If work quality is good and deadlines are met, personal coaching for the SMS and mobile web coding will follow. Later on job will include bigger process marketing and mobile web sites, SMS and mobile web services. Please mention in your application anything that might affect to your ability to meet the deadlines as our AD agency customers are very likely to terminate business dealings with us for the first missed deadline. Must not sub-contract this work or hire people to do this work. We want to work with the same web developer person for a long time, not with company with changing people.
