CONTACT US FOR ALL DOCUMENTION to be read entirety before bidding. Project Overview Good Times is running a website that is in the process of being redesigned. The majority of content will be the same, however, we??e looking to redesign the Look?? Feel, improve the user experience, while incorporating some ad space and a greatly expanded online store. Imperatives We expect the code to be fully W3C/CSS//SEO compliant. We will, of course, require use of the latest versions of all components/CMS available and would like to develop a relationship that can be carried forward with respect to maintenance and additional add-on projects. The main consideration is usability. The site must be easy to navigate, with no deeply nested or complicated navigation hierarchies. Content layout must be easy to read and understand. We aim to have a web site which is quick to load and not aimed at the high specification PC user. Project Status The site currently runs Joomla and the following modules: Virtuemart, Affiliate VM3.0, PHPList, and should have an ad server/tracking component like OpenAdX as the primary components and modules. Some tasks have already been done, and this project is being taken over the work already complete. Conditions The contractor will provide the following details: - Company Name, Address, Phone Number and Email address. - Contact details (Email, telephone) of the developer OR project manager. - Name and contact details of at least 3 previous customers (not residing in the same country). IMPORTANT: The contractor will give regular (twice a week) updates on the status of this project. He will also make sure that he is reachable by phone. It will be mandatory to respond in a reasonable time to our questions/inquiries. Fail to do so will lead to the termination of the contract. Before the beginning of the project, the contractor will send a complete project Grant chart including milestones for each of these phases and a deadline for the first phase. Contractor will send a budget including a breakdown of all costs. Payments will be made at the end of each phase. Development Planning All tasks have been attributed with a priority level (from 1: Most Urgent to 3: Less Urgent) and we are looking forward to separate this project in 3 different phases where related tasks will be accomplished: Phase 1: Tasks Priority 1 Phase 2: Tasks Priority 2 Phase 3: Tasks Priority 3 The contractor will send a complete project Grant chart including milestones for each of these phases and a deadline for the first phase. Scope of Work To design and build a more effective web presence for the Good Times Hong Kong website. The aims to the site are to have a more organised navigation structure, a significant online store presence, more of a call to action especially on the homepage, and a more eye pleasing design.
