| Project Description:
I would like an algorithm in matlab that will summarize a large clip of surveillance. I have done research and realize that using the thresholding function will allow for motion detection. I would like this algorithm to take as input say a 20 minute video, and be able to chop that up into a few clips of interest (where motion was detected).
