We are looking to have a website built similar to sites such as http://www.ditchordate.com/ & http://www.fastimpressions.com.au/ The site is to be in Portuguese(Brazilian) however we are happy to have it built in English & then with your help we will translate it into Portuguese. We want our web designer to be really involved in the business as it is a crucial part of the whole concept. As such, rather than a cash payment we are offering a 5% share of the company to the designer. Yes, this means if the concept fails you will receive nothing. That said, we are confident the concept will be hugely succesful here in Brazil & as such this will hopefully turn out to be the most lucrative site(for yourself) you have ever built!
