Brief Summary: Looking for a medical transcription management solution, with file monitoring, line counts, billing, and transcription accuracies and web reporting tools.Both web based and stand alone desktop tools are required.PArts of the project have been accomplished, i will provide with executable for what ever has been accomplished so far. 1)Monitor FTP or file servers for incoming voice files in (wav,mp3,wma,dss,dct formats) 2)Parse VOice files headers in XML format and populate a database, if no voice file header present then to read the voice file identifier like where the voice file orignated from and apply business logic as predefined. 3)Route voice files based on pre defined criteria to MTs and Editors and QA 4)Ability to manually assign files also to a particular MT 5)Automatically calculate a line count and maintain productivities and time stamsps for all the accounts and MT's 6)Calculate accuracies on predefined formula 7)Desktop tools for doctors for recieving files, editing, and signingthe files(desktop tool should have word control for editing and digitally signing voice files) 8)Desktop tool for MTs for typing reports on predefined templates according to the audio files qualifiers 9)recieve audio files in multiple format(some audio files come to ftp server in a folder with corresponding template to the audio file) 10)productiviuity management like line counts , billing and invoicing 12)Abilty to maintain an audit trail on a report and a voice file 13)Convert reports into txt format or rtf or doc or csv format as required. I will provide with database and exe for a part of the project that ahs alleready been doen. |
