WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & INTERFACE DESIGN Project Summary: To develop a customized base landing page & design based on an existing Wordpress Theme. Integrate PayPal plug-in into site and custom countdown and count-up scripts. A full working prototype is done, however, there is no design interface created, which is needed. This project is a beta project which will expand to a future & larger project. See attached Prototype. Launch Date Goal: May 11, 2008. I would like to select a vendor by: by: May 2nd. . Design 1. Prototype: The prototype provides an example of the exact functionality of the landing page. I will provide the base CSS/HTML code for the type of the layout. However, the styling design needs to be updated. a. The pages must be fully editable from the Admin Panel. 2. Graphic Design: I have an idea in mind. This will be shared with the winning bidder. However, I have provided a sample of the layout of the concept. The Design is the major key to the full development of the site. Coding: 1. Coding: a. Homepage Layout: I will provide you w/ the base layout PHP file which will be template for the coding. b. PayPal Code: I will provide you with the code. Vendor will integrate the PayPal Code API with the website. c. Plugins: I will provide you with compatible plugins. Vendor will customize to ensure functionality. d. Count Up Script & Count Down Script: Utilize a plugin or create a custom script to count number contact & payment forms submitted in real time. e. Upgrade Wordpress Platform to 2.5: Ensuring all plugins, code, etc. is functional. f. Adding a Form: Adding a Newsletter/Beta login form for users. Your Proposal: 1. Please provide samples of E-Commerce Sites you have. Particularly e-commerce sites where you have integrated PayPal or PayPal API. a. NOTE: Provide the following details with your samples: i. What specifically was worked on ii. What was the Problem & Solution iii. Details about the work involved. 2. For this project, please provide the following information: a. How many people would you use to complete this project? b. Provide an estimate of time that it would take to complete this project 3. Provide samples of sites you have worked on that utilize the Wordpress Platform. a. NOTE: Provide the following details with your samples: i. What specifically was worked on. ii. What was the Problem & Solution. iii. Details about the work involved. 4. Based on this project description, and your services, please provide details on what else you can offer to make this site successful. Note: I do not need SEO, SEM, or Hosting. RESOURCES PROVIDED: 1. Files: I will provide you a PHP file of the base concept of the layout. 2. Codes: I will provide you the code for the PayPal Plugin 3. Plugins: I will provide you the plugins necessary.
