Project Description:
1) Reset all the test reservations out of the system to start fresh. Only res number that need to stay are 1066 1067 all others can be removed. And if a reservation is selected to be deleted it deletes it completely off the dispatch screen for good. 2) When creating a reservation there needs to be a print button to be able to print the invoice. 3) There is a tax management setting that is installed and is not reflecting the correct taxes for each region. 4) If I change the time on the edit reservation screen, from a normal time to the after time frame 11pm till 455am it needs to also update and add the over night fee into the totals. Also when an over night fee is added its showing 20 dollars on the customers invoice and it shows only 10 dollars in the reservation screen, it needs to be a 15 fee that shows on the customers invoice at final reservation booking and 15 dollars in the overnight fee box on the reservation edit screen. 5) its keeping the right totals on the edit screen and the dispatch screen but the totals when you click on the reservation number and go to the view reservation details screen doesn?? reflect the correct prices. per screenshots sent above. 6) if you change the person email on the edit reservation screen, and then go back to the email icon on the dispatch screen its not sending a reconfirmation email 7) When saving a reservation the outstanding reservation total does not match the amount on the dispatch screen. 8) i need some why to make or edit the stats screen on the main page there needs to be a setting in the settings area for this where its accessed base on the level of password control you have set up for the admin user 9) i need the mysql checked over for syntax errors. sorting db's different when reading certain information which leads to reading the wrong table in the database as well. 10) notes from last programmer: the issue with the email change is because the email is set from the username of the person who created the reservation, and then when you change it, it can't read the previous user data from that username because it no longer matched the user name in the user table as the same in the reservation table he didn't add functionality to check before changing it, to see if it matched previous user names or anything like that 11) Search feature doesn't work when you put conf # in and click search it finds nothing. 12) in the settings area under Users management, under the settings area there needs to be a user access level to add a tax, edit a tax, delete a tax on that tax management page in the settings area. Depending on if the box is checked you have access to this page. 13) on the manual reservation on the add button on the menu bar, in the right side where is says gratuity, the box should be left blank on manual add reservations. but should auto fill in when a reservation is made over the internet since gratuity is added into the reservation when its made. |
