I need a website where users can register themselves and their baby as well. There should be a complex* inviting system. Users have to be able to manage their baby's profile including a blog with a calendar about their baby, picture gallery, the baby's interests and other qualities, and so on... Babies (of course, not personally:) ) have to be able to add each other as a friend like facebook or myspace. There is a lot of other functions to be done, such as: forum, rss channels, artciles to the parents about babies, link collection, messages from the system. I also need a search system, where users can find each others baby's and add them to their friends. Users have to be able to create groups (for example: friends, logged in users, 'the world', and so on) and set permissions (who can watch the photos, who can read the blog about the baby...) to each of them. I would like to have several rights: administrator, moderator, logged in user(separated friends and others) and visitor. The page must be able to use with several languages. The translation will be done by somebody else. *'Complex' means: everything that you can imagine about the function:) I would be grateful if you would bid on this project thoughtfully and included a price, the date when you will be free to start the project and the approximate duration of the work. Only PHP and MySQL available on the Apache or IIS based server, so you need to know them. Before you bid, check yourself: Can you make a simple HTML website using notepad?
