I am a PhD student and want to put my PhD into a website. I have spent a number of years putting together a comparison of legal rules between different countries around the globe. I am looking for a piece of flash that is pretty specific. I need a revolving crystal globe on blue background. As the globe revolves the cursor can hover over each country to highlight the country and then it goes to a blank page on which I can list the legal rules for that country. As many countries as possible is what I need. The globe is the feature of the home page so must take up about 50% of the screen and look professional.
