Optional - to include a secure forum with bidder acting as admin. Some hosting and training will be required so english communication skills are necessary. Budget - low. Site 2 Poker site to include play money poker games, forums and web site portal. Must have capacity to be upgraded to real money games in the future with minimum of effort. Translation services will be required. Beginning step can be web page with forums and play money games with no download required and a chat function between users. Must have the capacity to be secure in the future and require download with encyption for use in real money games. Games required, Texas hold em limit and no limit. 9 handed, 6 handed and a capacity to run multi table tournaments. Please advice in bid what upkeep costs will be required as well as initial design. Site 3 Real money poker site downloadable with it's own poker software and design. Must have full capacity to run all types of real money poker games, tournaments.
