Sellers can upload pictures and video plus detailed descriptions and layout of the selling properties. The websites also provide search and advanced search functions therefore properties could be found by location, property type, storeys, and other features. The websites should support face book and google earth dynamic map/satellite. Websites include graphics and flash. Shopping cart is needed therefore service charge could be charged based on Major Credit Cards/Paypal or DB/MO/Email transfer.
