Actually, our site would be quite similar to Totaljobs.com. Or at least, it share many of the same functions. Some ideas and thoughts: 1. We would like to introduce Video CV, so we are going to design how job-posts are going to look like, both with text and ten with a little flashvideo-player, that fast an easily can stream online video. 2. Job-agent. Everytime a new job is posted, the system automaticaly email candidates which match the job describtions. And the other way around, when a candidate joins the community, the companies who seek this kind of candidate will get emailed. Something like that. We need to specify exactly how we are going to do this. 3. We would like a feature, which allow users to capture video directly onto the site. In this way we remove the obstacle of people having to upload video files etc. 4. Obviously we need a search engine, that allow candidates and companies to search for eachother. An advanced search could have these search segment-options; by nation; Danmark, Sweeden, Norway, England, Germany. by industry; About 3-4. Eg. Marketing, Sales, Accountancy by geopraphical regions in the countries. 4-5 pr. country. by Salery offered, demanded. by with Video CV etc.... 5. The site must be in 4-5 dublicates, one for each language. Because we are aiming to make it easier for people to access eachother across foreign borders, we need need a section in each section called; "Search Foreign jobs/candidates" or something like that. 6. And option for corporate businesses to easy pay online for job-posts is also in our considerations. A safe and secure transaction method may be requried. 7. Saving searches, maybe an "improve CV sections", site FAQ etc. Most important, above all, the website has to be fast as h??ll. Video shall stream instantly etc. |
