This is a telephone and paper survey in China. You are required to call to Pharmacy and Hospitals to make survey on the Blood Glucose market. Questionaires will be provided but you need to find the telephone number for the pharmacies and hospitals. These outlets details can easily be found in business directory and yellow pages. As for Quality Assurance, we require voice recording so you may need to call from skype with voice recording (Power Gramo). We need 100 surveys for Pharmacies and 200 for hospitals. Total 300. Our budget is $6-8.00. Deadline is 1 week. You should have 4-5 people to complete this project. Each day you should complete about 45 surveys.
