Need a management website which allows creation of single property websites. Each single property website will be a virtual website of the management website (eg., 123_main_st.any_city.any_state.ourdomain.com). From the management website, each prospective Realtor agent should be able to demo a prospective Home Seller an example of his/her property website. The prospective Realtor agent should be able to select from one of 6 design layouts with 256 color palette choices per layout. After deciding to use our site, the prospective Realtor agent should be able to select our shopping cart. At which time, the prospective Realtor agent should be shown a menu which allows him/her to purchase the ??ingle Property Website??hich will then be ??ive?? Hosted . Once he/she has made the appropriate selections, the appropriate payment options page should be presented to the prospective agent. Once the prospective Realtor agent's payment has been approved, he/she should be presented with a section of the management website which will allow him/her to add, delete, or edit his/her single property website. Project to be designed in PHP & MySQL with Open Source Shopping Cart.
