Project Description:
Details: ??The module will run in Linux environment, on regular hardware. ??The module will need to be very lean on the system resources. ??The module will analyze images stored in shared memory circular buffer, in plain RGB format. ??When motion is detected, the module will need to set a relevant flag in structures stored in shared memory as well. ??The images size will be varied from 320x240 and up to 1.3 Megapixel (mostly 352x288, 640x480 and 800x600). ??The images will be coming in speed of 15 ??20 images per second. ??The module needs to support as much concurrent image analyses on moderate hardware as possible (at least 50 concurrent), and might be multi-threaded. ??Taking into account the guidelines above, the module still needs to be on the same level of accuracy as the existing motion detection methods based on image differences analysis.
