1. I want a freelance website, mostly like www.guru.com, with a few modifications/additions. freelancerchina is another template. 2. I need this website is bilingual: English and Chinese(GB2312 and Big 5). 3. two separate sets of Profiles for service providers or buyers: in chinese and in English. 4. when Chinese is selected, the website display all posted projects or directories of service provider/buys's info. in contrast, when English is selected, only information in English can be displayed, i.e., all Chinese info is to be filtered out. 5 script and template are separated for future modifications 6. forum function 7. supported payment methods: paypal, and other popular in China. 8. databse, mysql 8. give advice for server selection, transferring files to server, security issues(can be additional paid services). please give you bid, not limited to $250-500. details are appreciated.
