| Project Description:
I run a bilingual site on which Chinese is one of the languages. There are some compatibility problems though, that needs to be solved. It primarily has to do with the encoding I believe - some Chinese signs doesn't work or don't display properly (show up like "短片竞赛" instead of the proper sign, etc.) I need someone professional with experience from working with bilingual sites to fix this.
