| Project Description:
For this project I would like someone with solid experience using programs such as PHP, Html and MySql if possible, to create me a site where people a pay a set fee every 6 months though paypal and can create their own user account which allows them to create their own Web Page where they can ask for donations. Sites such as http://donatemoney2me.com/, http://www.cyberbeg.com/index.php are good examples of what i am interested with. All of the content must be unique and the site must have nice layout! I all also must have full rights to the script and have control of the site I have not as of yet been able to find a host so it would be nice if you would be able to help me though that process as well.
