We are looking for an experienced programmer to develop a webpage where users can view videos. User experience: step 1.) user choose what video to play from a list step 2.) user click on video title and play video (using popular players, eg ms media player) - there will be recommended video starting points. Eg. 2'30'', 5'50'', are the recommended starting point. When user click on these numbers, the video should starting playing from 2'30'', 5'50'', etc. more detailed documentation avaiable for qualified applicants.
