This will be a modification for the Webnetwork social network site. We are a non profit organization that we connect alumni from a Boy Scout Camp. Timeline: Should be within the next 3 weeks Skills: Should be experienced with WebNetwork. 1. WebNetwork did a modification for me by having an export file in Smartway/ADMIN that exports each members data (name, address, etc....).. I would like to add the members last login date and one of the profile questions (What resources/skills do you have for camp question). 2. I have a Scout Level (free) that the expiration date is not exporting on the export .csv file that I was talking about in #1. There was a problem with WebNetwork that all user levels kept getting reset. Any Scout level member and some other levels that signed up before the problem that got fixed -- the expiration date doesnt report on the exported .csv file. 3. I would like to have the admin site for it - be able to be added to Smartway/ADMIN and have them automatically login for the admin (no seperate user names/passwords). 4. The same online store program, I would when a user signs into our site - it doesnt want another username/password. 5. Have an online voting area of the site - with the Admin area be in Smartway (without having to enter a separate username/password for the ADMIN or the front end.). It should be setup that each member only gets one vote per voting question. 6. Expired memberships dont delete under Billing in ADMIN. It should be changed that the members subscriptions hould be automatically deleted. If there is an expired member - the main site gets the following error: error message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare check_for_expirations() (previously declared in /home/friendv5/public_html/network/engine/scheduler/membership_level.php:32) in /home/friendv5/public_html/network/engine/scheduler/daily/membership_level.php on line 30 >7. Be able to email all paying members with file attachment in Smartway/ADMIN. Have an email screen that I can select to email from: 1. All members (both paying and non paying) 2. All non paying members 3. All paying members (minus Scout level membership) 4. All paying members including Scout level membership 5. All Board of Director level membership 8. Take out address and phone and age in the member profile screen - still ask the questions during registration and info is only shown in Admin/Smartway. >9. Lifetime members reported in the exported spreadsheet reports "9" and should report Lifetime member 10. be able to change the member profile type in Smartway/Admin. 11. Put in the users level in the users profile and welcome screen HOME - when the user signs in. 12. Under the Admin/Smartway, under Member management - search members. Instead of listing by user name.. to list them by Last Name, First Name. 13. In Admin/Smartway - Under Billing/Create Subscription -- when the user box comes up (A-Z). I would like the users to be listed in alaphabetical order and to have a scroll box for it. It currently lists them by membership id number. 14. The frontend under the EVENTS tab, the event web-box has a diffrent time of 2 hours later than what it lists and what was programed. Fix this bug. |
