i run a computer repair & upgrade business & need a databse driven software that is capable of booking clients computers in, a databse that can take all information from the serial number of the computer, all contact details.. it would also have to be able to list all my products/spare parts in the database which i could charge to a clients account, also labour would need to be charged to clients accounts then it should be able to print out reports and invoices of what work has been carried out and how much is owed on an account, if a possible a customisable list of common computer faults would be ideal as a drop down list when i book a computer in any more info just ask thanks Colin |
