PROPOSAL FOR PROJECT SEED FINANCING COMPANY NAME: THE OPPORT LABS CORE BUSINESS: Application development , IT research center and consultancy. Full Names: Mr. Mwiche Simwanza(M) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY About OPPORT LABS: This is a consortium of integrated business and technological innovations in the diverse sectors of industry including web financial systems, environment entertainment and software applications with implementations in anti-piracy, e-security and server technologies of the future. The target markets fro the mentioned innovations will range from standalone end-users to corporate clients within the framework of the proposed developed applications. The innovations are in generic sectors but with unique approach and new concepts thereby ensuring durable competitive edge. It is from this advantage OPPORT that will stem strong sales pushing profit margins and market sustainability and consolidation. The firms investment sources will include Foreign Private Equity Groups and several international institutional investors with an incite into the sector business. The project is already listed on the Irish investment network and Angel Capital markets and interim analysis of the USD 50k required will constitute only about 20% of the total SEED Threshold investment. The raised capital will be utilized in further research, working group integrations as well as licensing and patents. INTRODUCTION OPPORT offices will based in UKand it?? established will be in the H2 of this year. It will be a parent company with subsidiaries in consultancy and research integration. MARKET DYNAMICS The software market is a vibrant and dynamic industry with an impetus of innovation and end-user centrality, hence tremendous opportunities lie exposed to market players proficient in delivery mechanisms(marketing/sales)and the ones that possess a durable innovative edge.
