Email forwarding script with payment workflow for thecvdistributor.com. Create a functional form with SQL database. Develope and implement form, with emailing script, and payment workflow 1. Customer Selects county 2. Customer Selects criteria checkboxes for that county (8 static selections) 3. Customer uploads 2 files, enters email address, and name 4. Customer pays 5. 2 Files get sent out to the email address on the list (opted in) a. (depending on what criteria they selected in 1 above) ie. send up to 2 files (of limited sizes) to email address defined by SQL County database b. in the email all those static variables are presented e.g. HR, sales c. Email states that it came for customers EMAIL Address 6. Confirmation email sent out to customer I need to be able to administer the email list, manage (create/delete) additional checkboxes and will need basic training for this. Cost are paid upon project completion and go live. Send in quote. This isnt a huge job but serious programmers only paid via paypal. |
