| Project Description:
I have a small site (2 html pages) that will be used to help plan a wedding. Using the attached example and css please add code to work with our mySQL database. Currently the db is 1 table with the following 5 columns (but we are happy to change this on your advice): Table name: food name (text) notes (text) quantity (integer) number (integer) people (a list) On the index.html page (see attached) on the right hand side in the 'Sign up to bring and share' section: Dispay the 'name' of all 'food' whos 'quantity' is greater than zero. When the user clicks on a 'name', then, display the 'notes' and list the 'quantity' with a check box as many times as the value in the 'number' column (see attached for an example - display.gif). The user may click the up arrows to close the item and see the whole list. The user may select as many check boxes from as many different 'names' as they want. When the user is ready they will click a 'I will bring these' button. After the user clicks the button, display a new page showing a list of the food selected with their descriptions and total quantities for each item. The user should be able to enter their full name before clicking a 'confirm' button (there should be a 'go back and make a change' button to change their selection). After confirmation then for each food item selected update the database by adding the user's name to the list of 'people' and delete the 'number' value by the total number selected by the user. On the admin page: Display each 'person' and the food items they have selected (see attached - results.gif). There should be: An option to print the list as a pdf Option to add a new item. Option to search for an item and then update any value or delete it. I will require all source code. Thank you. |
