We are a GIS company, looking for a freelancer with good knowledge about English, GIS, WMS, ASP and JavaScript programming. First, take a look at www.kagi.fo . It is a popular wms based GIS informational website, which provides various information about our country. It is a little outdated, so it needs to be made again, probably in another opensource GIS system (like for example CartoWeb - http://www.cartoweb.org/) or another one. It must be smarter, better looking and with more features. Feel free to make your own suggestion, as for what GIS system and platform to use for the project.
