| Project Description:
I have a text file that I would like inserted into a mySQL database. I want to upload the text file and the script you make in PHP to my server. Run the script you make and it processes the text file. The script then takes the info from the text file but in mysql needs to be inserted into the correct column: id (0), name (1), code (2), description (3), risk (4), keywords (5) See the sample data attached.
