We need to limit the upload maxium of 20 MB when someone tries to upload using UploadProfileMedia.vtl and to 3 MB for UploadProfileImage.vtl. Currently, UploadProfileImageController.jsp is supposed to do this an does not provide this capability. By improving Class ServletFileUpload with setFilesMax and using the FileSizeLimitExceededException exception if added properly should address this issue.
