I'm looking for a company or talented individual that is capable of developing this website in the time they quote, and for the price they bid. No hidden payments required. No telling me they didn't look at the outline and need to research what I need them to do in more detail and then demand more money. I want an honest quote for cost, and for the time required to develop the site. I have a very detailed series of outlines I'm working with. I would like to have someone that has proven work bid on the project. I would very much like for it to be someone that speaks English. The website itself is going to be a dating and community interaction website for English speaking people. I have a clear concept of what I want in terms of the function and look of the site itself. I simply require someone to develop it. I have certain pieces of software that are already out there I'm interested in buying and using for the site. A few that were suggestions that are free pieces of software and can be modified to do everything I want the site to do. I'm hoping to have it done before Christmas (December 25'th). I'm hoping someone out there is capable of bidding on and delivering the site in that time.
