We are considering designing a few totally free web site (database based web sites) aiming to steady the market in Middle East where the internet users are not popular as in other areas. So the design has to be simple, easy. We are aiming for having different static?? about the market and the internet users in that area so static?? about the services, numbers of Users, what services is more popular than and / with full information about the users of the web site. The web sites we attend to design are for real estate, Cars and Vehicles, E-shopping web sites. Starting with the real estate web. Newly added descriptions: Below the details for the required web site (real estate) Full control over the Content of the web site at all time; which have to be in multi language. (As long as an entry of a content property / listing information in one language, a property search will show the property in any language and display all results that match the search). All information is available in all languages; you dont need worry about any translation or knowledge in any of the above language. Your design will be in English and; we will take care of the text replacement so that we will end up together with the required above languages as step by step process finishing one language at the time. Level of clearance, Admin, brokers and customers relationship The web site is separated into the Design and Content certain area in the content area can be edited directly by the users, controlled by my employee (low level of Authority) others areas are reserved for higher level of authority; advertisement can be added or deleted by other authority within the sidebar or content area in an easy way without effecting other content. Different database have to be made for Buyers, Sellers, Rentals and other types of classification, like location; if needed but joined through the users contact information. Admin have full control of the design, and always could control the content controlling the information in the database displayed to the public by choosing not to enter that information in the property/listing details. Searches and Statics of the sale, viewer .are very important to us. Like statis reports to monitor the users accessing, business improving, etc. Payment system is not required for time been.
