I have a project, the objective of which is to make a price comparison portal which will allows individuals to see lists of prices for specific products. Users can see prices of the same product from different product vendors at the same time through which user can compare and select the most appropriate vendor he wishes to purchase the product from. The website will contain XML feeds to get latest updates of the products and corresponding source price from retailers. There will be a search function that retrieve the most relevant data from the website. I want a Price Comparison website designed and built for supermarkets but with the ability to add additional types of stores. It will be based on the comparison website www.mysupermarket.co.uk. It will contain all the features, database and scripts. The key required functionality is the ability to compare shopping trolleys between the different stores. For the initial launch, the ability to purchase goods online is not required. Administration Interface - Administration panel that allows us to upload a new store item list and with the ability to perform manual overides. - Preview page when a new product is entered to see how it will look on a virtual before going on the live site - Tracking of traffic on site Search Engine Friendly.
